2026 Spring WildFire Retreat

Responsible for setting up and taking down our dome!

Build, tend, clean, and break down our fire pits!

As greeters, you will be some of the first faces that people see as they check in to WildFire! Your job will be to check their registration, point them in the right direction, and answer any questions they may have about the event or refer them to our information booth for more detailed questions or inquiries.

Get ready, to get dirty!

With your permission, your data will be collected, processed, and used for the following purposes:

• Generating lists of all helpers
• Sending information before the event by e-mail
• Phone call for urgent and important issues
• If necessary generating identification badges for the event
• If necessary invitation for the after party

Your personal data will be collected, processed, and used in the context of the aforementioned objectives in accordance with the GDPR.

The collection, processing, and use of your data take place on a voluntary basis. Furthermore, you can revoke your consent at any time with the adverse consequence that you cannot participate in the event as helper.

With your permission your email address is collected to inform you about new events. Furthermore specific calls for participation as helper for events of the Student Representatives will be sent to this email address.
